A large semiconductor company located in Kikuchi Town faced a growing number of IT service challenges in its daily operations as the company continued to expand and adapt to changing business activities. To address these needs, we deployed on-site IT engineers who served as resident system engineers (Internal SEs), providing continuous operational support.
The engagement began with a single on-site engineer, and the support structure was gradually strengthened in line with evolving requirements, expanding to a team of six engineers over a two-year period. Through a comprehensive service approach combining high flexibility and strong technical expertise, we ensured stable business operations and successfully built long-term trust with the client.
